RESERVATION POLICIES

 

BEACH CLUB

​

  • Cover payment is required to access the facilities, which is fully credited (100%) toward food and beverage consumption.

  • All reservations made on OpenTable without a deposit have a 15-minute grace period and are subject to space availability upon arrival.

  • Guests staying at ME Cabo hotel do not need to pay cover or meet a minimum consumption requirement for the use of lounge chairs and the beach club. (Subject to availability).

 

BEACH CLUB - VIP AREAS

​

  • VIP areas, such as lounge rooms or islands, require 100% advance payment online to confirm the reservation.

  • The full amount (100%) is credited toward food and beverage consumption.

  • The last time for reservations for VIP areas is 2 PM, with a maximum tolerance time of one hour.

  • Additional people to those included in the price of the VIP area pay the basic cover for the lounge chair on site, obtaining 100% credit for food and beverage consumption.

  • Guests staying at ME Cabo hotel must also make 100% advance payment online to reserve a VIP area, with the total credited toward food and beverage consumption.

 

ACCESS TO THE BEACH CLUB INCLUDES:

  • 100% credit for food and beverage consumption.

  • Umbrellas, towels, and beachfront location.

  • WiFi, toilets, changing rooms and showers.

  • Boutique access with additional charges.

GENERAL POLICIES

​

  • Open to all ages. Children under 12 years old do not pay cover. Guests aged 13 and older are considered adults. Grupo RosaNegra
    reserves the right to request identification for minors.

  • Payments made with credit cards require the presentation of official identification.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the establishment.

  • Pool access at Taboo is not included.

  • Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • In case of bad weather, a date change may be requested, subject to availability, or the credit can be used at Taboo restaurant for lunch or dinner.

RESTAURANT

​

  • Reservations in the Restaurant area do not require a cover charge and can be made directly on Open Table.

  • All reservations are subject to a 15 minute notice.
